What is the current menu and how long are you serving it?

The current menu, World's 50 Best, will run from Saturday, August 19th through Sunday, January 14th. Stay tuned to our social media for announcements regarding our 2018 menus.

What about allergies or other restrictions?

For our World's 50 Best menu: we do not yet know the dietary restrictions accommodations that can be made and therefore cannot guarantee that we will accommodate them. If you or your guests have serious dietary restrictions we would recommend emailing hospitality@nextrestaurant.com prior to booking so that we may ensure we will be able to accommodate you.

What does your booking include?

Your booking includes food, service, and taxes. Beverage pairings are available for purchase at an additional cost. Please arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time or we may be unable to serve you.

What are wine or beverage pairings?

Standard wine pairings consist of wines chosen to complement our multi-course tasting menu. Reserve pairings are predominately vintage and rare wines focusing on small niche producers in classical regions. Our Ultra pairing consists of the rarest wines from our collection, with only limited availability. Our famous non-alcoholic pairings are blended daily from fresh fruits, vegetables, teas, and other non-alcoholic ingredients. Please note that wine pairings may consist of other types of alcohol.

May I purchase a booking for a single diner?

When you purchase a booking to Next, you are purchasing a table, which is why we typically do not offer single bookings or bookings in odd numbers. We do sometimes make exceptions for our Same Night Tables which are posted on Facebook and Twitter.

I have a party of seven or more, how can I book a table?

For parties of seven and up to ten, you may purchase a booking in our private dining space referred to as "The Room." The Room seats up to ten guests at a time and offers the current Next menu with Reserve pairings. To reserve The Room email us at theroom@nextrestaurant.com or check our website for availability.

Do you take walk-ins?

At Next, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins, but we normally post any remaining availability the day-of on our Facebook wall and Twitter.

Why bookings instead of reservations?

Unlike an a la carte restaurant with many walk-in customers and dozens of menu items, Next is creating a truly unique dining experience and doing so at an amazing price. By eliminating no-shows, requiring pre-payment, and varying the price by time and day we are able to create a predictable and steady flow of patrons allowing us to offer a great deal more than would otherwise be possible at these prices.

I can't make my booking. Can you sell my booking as one of your Same Night Tables on Facebook?

No. You are welcome to post your bookings on our Facebook page, where many guests look to buy, sell, or trade their booking. All resales are the responsibility of the booking purchaser.

How far in advance may I purchase a booking?

Unlike other restaurants in The Alinea Group, Next does not release bookings on a rolling basis. Please stay tuned to social media for updates on additional booking releases.

What beverage options do you have besides wine pairings?

At Next, we only offering wine and non-alcoholic pairings. We strongly recommend that guests enjoy our beverage pairings with their menu, due to the fact that these wines have been specially selected to pair perfectly with the courses they are accompanying.

What is the dress code at Next?

Our dress code is “smart casual” - we only ask for no ripped jeans, t-shirts, ball caps or hats or tennis shoes. Jackets are not required, though many guests do opt to wear them.
